To establish, support, upgrade, maintain, run and /or grant aid to schools, Vidya Mandirs,
School in Hindi & English Medium, Central Board (C.B.S.E.), State Boards, I.C.S.E. Board,
Academic Colleges-U.G/P.G.Courses, M.Phill, Ph.D., Professional Colleges-U.G./ P.G.Courses,
M.Phill, Ph.D., Technical & Medical Institute, Educational Training Institute like STC, D.l.Ed.,
B.Ed, M.Ed, Physical Education Institute, Law College, Universities, Libraries, Reading rooms,
Hostel, Day-Boarding house. Laboratories and other Institutions of like nature of place of
places and also generally for the development and/or advancement of the education and diffusion
of knowledge among the public in general and of such other similar charitable institutions in
India for the benefit and use of general public.
The trust is established and shall be deemed to have been established and maintained by Trustees
for the charitable educational purpose of imparting education.
To undertake distribution of books, literature and other materials useful and necessary for
Advancement of education and to institute scholarship, fellowships and endowments and giving
financial assistance for advancement of education and research.
The emphasis will be on education. It is further specifically provided that the object contained
aforesaid namely education, shall not involve carrying on of any business of activity for profit
unless such business or activity is carried on in the course of carrying out the primary objects
of this trust, the benefit of this trust shall be open to all irrespective of caste, religion,
sex etc. , and its activity shall be confined to India.
To publish and help in publishing and/or distribution books, pamphlets, periodicals and
newspapers in India either free of cost or at reasonable price for the spread and advancement of
education and cultural heritage.
Medical:
To establish develop maintain and grant aid all kind to medical colleges, hospitals, medical
schoolism, dental colleges, physiotherapy, homeopathic, Ayurvedic, Unani, Veterinary medical
college, pharmacy college, nursing institutions dispensaries, maternity homes child welfare
centers and of such other similar charitable institutions in India and abroad for the benefit
and use of general public providing medical aid to the needy patients
Technical:
To establish develop maintain and grant aid in cash to all UG/PG Courses in technical education
like Engineering Colleges, Polytechnic Institutes, Industrial Training Institutes, B.E.,
B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech in all subjects and of such other similar charitable institutions in India
and abroad for the benefit and use of general public.
The emphasis will be on education. It is further specifically provided that the object contained
aforesaid namely education, shall not involve carrying on of any business of activity for
profit, the benefit of this trust shall be open to all irrespective of caste, religion, sex etc.
and its activity shall not be confined to India but also in abroad.
To print , publish, purchase, sell, circulate, distribute or exhibit either free or for a price
- books, periodicals, journals, booklets, bulletins, calendars, message-cards, other literature,
films, documentaries, records, paintings and photographs which will assist or promote the
objects of the Trust.
To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussions, study tours, conferences, or radio-talks
for the advancement of the objects of the Trust.
To organize and run residential educational school, college, professional, physical, medical,
technical programme.
To establish Training Centre and allied educational institutions.
To establish and develop educational institutions for the physically handicapped & disabled or
mentally retarded person.
To develop required infrastructure, buildings and other assets necessary to carry out the
objects of this Trust
To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals,
attorneys, managers and agents to look after the work and for furtherance of aims and objects of
the Trust and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends or fees etc.
To set up various committees for looking after the work and for furtherance of aims and objects
of the Trust.
